Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting System Training:
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on our accounting systems solutions, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the software’s functionality.
• Develop training materials, tutorials, and resources to facilitate client learning and usage of our accounting software.
• Tailor training sessions to meet individual client needs and skill levels, providing both one-on-one and group training as required.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates of our accounting software to provide clients with the most relevant information.
2. Sales Activities:
• Identify and engage potential clients who may benefit from our company solutions.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our accounting systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
3. Client Support:
• Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients post-training to address any questions or concerns related to the accounting system.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve technical issues or software-related problems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business,ICT or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably with expertise in accounting software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
