Job Description
Job Duties include
• Write and secure project endorsement of the Preservation Strategy and Preservation Compliance Programme and provides oversight of the status of the Preservation Compliance Programme’s effectiveness in maintaining the integrity of project equipment, materials and consumables
• Work with COMPANY CONTRACTORS to ensure their preservation processes and plans are robust, fully documented and appropriately resourced.
• Provide oversight on the contractors’ preservation systems to ensure the documentation systems align with their preservation plans.
• Identify if gaps exist between the preservation plans of different contractors and or contract scopes.
• Work with commissioning and start-up to ensure preservation processes and documentation compliment commissioning and start-up activities
Ideal candidate will have
• 10 years’ experience associated with developing and driving a programme of preservation activities within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry or equivalent. (where equivalent is proposed, evidence of equivalence shall be provided).
• Preferred – Associates Engineering or Engineering degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Materials or Science
• Experience with multi-national contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of pipelines projects would be an advantage
• Proven experience in one or more of, preservation, logistics, contracts/supply chain or project management
• Staff management experience (knowledge transfer)
• Previous experience on big pipeline construction projects
